Return Policy
At this time, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. All purchases made will be final sale, and no refunds will be made.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and paid for, changes to the order will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to delivery address, shopping cart items, or item sizes. Please ensure all details provided are accurate and satisfy all necessary information needed when the order is placed.

Production Times
While we generally do our best to keep a stock, most of our products are made to order, thus production times can vary anywhere from 1-4 weeks from the purchase date. If you are in a rush, or need specific pieces to meet a certain deadline, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate if possible.

Shipping
Free shipping to all of Canada is provided on orders over $200 CAD. Otherwise all other Canadian order will ship at a flat rate of $15 CAD. Canadian Orders generally take 2-7 business days, dependent on final destination. All orders will be provided with tracking numbers. US Orders will ship at a flat rate of $25 CAD. For American customers, shipping rates do not include duties or taxes, this to will be to the responsibility of the recipient upon entry into the destination country. Wesley Tang Designs is not responsible for items which have been damaged, lost or stolen in the mail.

Sizing
Our sizing chart is based upon dancers in the semi-professional and professional circuit. All styles have been created specifically for dancer’s bodies and may therefore fit other shapes improperly. Our fabrics have a generous amount of stretch, and can generally account for sizes larger than the listed measurements. Provided that the sizing chart is adhered to, our pieces generally fit all body types.

Fabric
Please follow all fabric care instructions listed on the garment care labels within each garment. Hand wash garments in cold water only. Wash with dark colours separately. Only use non-chlorine bleach when necessary. Dry flat, do not use a dryer. Do not iron. Do not dry-clean. To best maintain the quality of our garments, follow these given instructions.
